This backpack seems to be well made with good storage options. Haven’t tried it in the rain yet, but the I tend to keep out of the rain so it’s irrelevant to me as a hobby photographer I can mostly pick my days out!
To give some indications of the storage space I have a d700+battery pack ,sigma 70-200 f2.8 ,2x tele converter ,50mm prime,28-70 zoom and room for more ……plus various odds and ends such as filters cleaning kit step down/up rings flash all this with room still left to add stuff the only restriction I guess is the weight you want to carry!

I got this bag because I loved the design and had a simmer of hope that the laptop sleeve would hold my 17″ laptop (Didn’t read the whole description).
I almost returned it because it doesn’t fit the laptop but kept it because I can’t find any other good looking backpack that can hold my laptop and camera gear. I settled to make a laptop sleeve and store it in the main bag and use the laptop compartment to hold papers and other flat items. This still leaves plenty of room for a change of clothes or other items in the main compartment with my laptop. It looks fantastic and feels sturdy!
