The vintage-style camera case is made of high-quality and lightweight PU leather, making it extra durable. It keeps your camera safe from dust, drops and spills. There are two separate parts – The base is connected to the camera with a screw which is the connection to the tripod as well. The Leather Flap is the lens cover, it is connected to the base and can be easily opened with two snap fasteners.

I bought this case as soon as I bought my Sony a6600. One HUGE plus is that the strap of the case is much more comfortable than the Sony strap the camera came with. With the kit lens, there is a little room for perhaps a longer lens in the lens cover, but one has to try it first. The two buttons for the tripod mount are very secure; the one on the grip side isn’t as much, I guess for an easier way to shoot and protect it quickly. However, on the tripod mount it can be a little wiggly, but nothing too concerning. Although I don’t like how the left side of the view finder isn’t protected while without the lens cover part of the case. Overall it’s pretty good. I already dropped it, and no sign of anything. It has great build quality, makes it look premium!

This case is really nice and well made, it is a quality product. Maybe mine just needs to be broken in more, but the front does get in the way when opened for taking pictures, such that you will need to use your other hand to keep it out of the way. I have just been removing it completely and reattaching it when I am done taking photos.
